What is txt2flrt?
txt2flrt is a fun new service that will allow you to chat with people using the text messaging feature on your cell phone.

How Do I Start?
You can register in one of three ways: by Text, simply send a text message to 23578 with the word JOIN, on the web at www.txt2flrt.com, or by phone by calling 1-866-312-FLRT (3578).

How do I send a message?
Most cell phones have a "messaging" feature in the phone’s Menu. Select the messaging feature (also called SMS or "short message") and compose a new message. Simply type 23578 in the "To" field and the word "JOIN" as the message. Press or select send. If you are having problems you might want to check your phone manual or the manufacturer’s web site.

Why are certain words blocked?
To ensure that our users are having a fun experience we reserve the right to block certain language.

I am having problems sending and receiving messages, what can I do?
You can reply to the last message you received or send a new text message to us at 23578 with the word HELP. Additionally, you can get help by emailing customer service at support@txt2flrt.com. If you are still having problems you can call 1-877-936-HELP (4357) and speak to a customer service representative.

What information is included in the message?
txt2flrt uses a double blind system. This means that we hide all of your registration contact information (name and phone number) from other users. Whatever information you choose to share with others on your own, is ultimately your decision. We do suggest, however, that you keep your communication with other users within the boundaries of appropriateness. Otherwise you will likely find yourself blocked from chatting with a particular member.

Will I be notified when one of my matches receives my message?
You will receive a message saying that your message has been sent and that you will be billed for your message. If for some reason your match does not reply you can always get a new set of matches by texting the command MATCHME.

How can I block a user?
txt2flrt allows you to block a user at anytime for any reason. Simply use the block command. Type BLCK + the user’s 3 digit conversation number. (e.g. BLCK 123).

How long does it all take?
Registering takes only a few minutes. Sending and receiving text messages is done almost instantly.

Is my Network compatible?
txt2flrt is available on VerizonWireless, AT&T, Sprint/ Nextel and T-Mobile, if you have not received a reply within a few minutes after joining your carrier may not be participating in txt2flrt yet. But don’t worry; we’re adding new carriers all the time. Thanks for your interest in txt2flrt and we hope to see you flrting soon - anytime, anywhere, anonymously.

How much does it cost?
Registration doesn't cost anything, and the first message sent in each conversation is on us! Subsequent messages to other members and requests for new matches will cost you $0.99 per message. These charges will appear on your cell phone bill. Additional carrier charges may apply; contact your provider for more information.
